If the cancellation has been accepted, cancellation charge is applicable and the rest of the amount will be refunded through the same mode in which payment was made.
No refund of cancelled order will be done, if already dispatched for delivery. However food can be replaced within 10 minutes after the delivery only if the below conditions are met
- Food is not cooked properly.
- Delay in delivery time.
- Wrong delivery of food.
- Quality of food is not maintain.
You can cancel the order if you found the above followings with in 10 mins after food is delivered to you. If the order gets cancelled from our end due to unavoidable reasons, we will notify you and return the entire payment that you have made. In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. No cancellations are entertained for those orders placed on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali,Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. If the products are somehow damaged during delivery, we will get you a replacement
